Mark, the best way I have found to do this is to buy premade lines from NAPA. They have all different lengths with the fittings and ends premade. Measure your lines and buy lines that are a little longer. You can loop the extra line to get it out of the way. For the really long line from the front to the rear you can use a couple lines with a coupler in between. I have done this several times and it is the easiest, fastest, cheapest, and best way to go. The other option is buying the special bubble flaring tool which is around $100, then making each line (time consuming), and buying new fittings from VW (not cheap). You can buy all of the lines you need for under $100 at NAPA and get the job done quickly that way. Be sure you tell them you need metric line with bubble flares on each end. Maybe take an end of a bad line with you to be sure you get the right size. That should be it. Let me know if you need any other brake parts as we stock everything else you might need to finish your job.
