I sure hope you got those cv joint screws back in tight enough.
It's not pretty when they loosen up until finally one or two breaks off,
standing the van and making a mess to repair.
I make 'em pretty darn tight.
Bentley says 33 ft lbs. I make them at least that.
Upgrading  to the 12 point screws when needed or it's convenient to do is a
good idea.
Those  are far less lilely to strip out removing them, than the 6 point
allen ones are.

I saw one CV joint ........ it's 'rotational sloppiness' was just
horrible.........like 5 degrees of rotational slop there.
A right inner I think it was.
We put in a much better good used one ...............but I'll also have to
say, that really loose one wasn't showing any symptoms like noise or clunks
etc.
If we hadn't been working on the clutch, we never would have even noticed or
thought about that very worn CV joint.
