That Volvo is what, a 5 or 6 cylinder? My 93 Thunderbird with 3.8 V6 doesn't qualify for the C4C program b/c it is too efficient with a combined rating of 20mpg.

How the heck did that car qualify? It's also a lot nicer than what I'm driving now too... :(

That is just sickening. People sweated to make that thing. If it was genuinely a clunker they wouldn't have to murder it.
