Absolutely! I found this out with my spiffy new Vector Computerized charger. It wouldn't charge my battery because it was below 11 volts! So much for technology; I had to "fool" it by putting my booster pack on the dead b attery for an hour, and while it was still up there in voltage, I put the digital charger on it, and it finally charged. I'm thinking analog chargers are just great! Courtney
