Does the pedal recover on the second  (or 3rd) pump? If it does then
it's just like all the MC failures I've seen, no pedal at all on the
first pump and regular pedal on the 2nd pump. Cheap thrills.
If it just never recovers (goes right to the floor all the time) I'd
guess a leak but if the fluid is staying at the correct level I don't know.
