The Blackhawk version says "Made in Taiwan" on it so I'd bet they are from
the same factory. I'll definitely look for the Stanley version next time I
visit Wal-Mart as $22 seems like a good price.
As for motivation.... your Vanagon will eventually supply that!

The Chinese made Stanley version of that wrench is available at
WalMart for $22. At least our Wal Mart, I should say. Looks cool,
but I'll need more motivation to purchase...
