I use a 'weed tool' to take off the center nut cover on my vehicles. Maybe they are called dandelion tools. These are like a large screwdriver but with a flattened out tip that has a small Vee in it and a bend. To cut weeds off below the surface of a lawn, I guess...never used one for that but they work great to take off the grease caps on wheels.
