"Which of course means that the heavily polluting cars are still emitting pollutants as usual, just in different parts of the world--essentially voiding the emissions reduction element of the popular plan." stating that all vehicles headed for the CAC Program are actually heavily polluting cars ... hmm ... there should be some education offered that most vehicles which are cared and loved as collectible vehicles are ... actually run better than OEM or certainly up to optimum .... So lets say we all go electric ... who makes your power ( i live in BC the home of cheap and almost free HYDRO power ) tree hugger is addressed at 850 3rd Ave., 8th Floor New York, NY 10022 New York city ... i mean really ... shouldnt they at least head to the woods ... anyway ... before all the greennies gang up on my points and me ... i am simply sayin ... facts should be first and by the way that photo looks more like it is an african moment four guys running down the street with a van ... ?? i mean really looks like the "drowning Polar Bear Photo" that the global warming community made so much out of proven by the actual person that took the photo ... that it was a portion of a photo of a young bear playing with its mother ... the mother was cut out of the picture ... sure lets be green .... stop littering.. plant a tree plant lots of trees ... support farmers
