Actually, they are both the exact same truck built as a joint venture between the two companies. The Mazda gets great reviews but the ford does not. Wonder why? It's because US car buyers expect a quality difference so we see one! Their relationship goes way back to the 70's Ford Courrier which was a rebadged Mazda / Nissan.
