Well, I'm no Brandon (by the way, is Buszilla ready to roll?), but even I
wondered about that.  I asked if there wasn't a cotter pin or something
involved, and he said it was there.  How would it get loose?  I sure haven't
touched it!  :)

Loose axle nut = bad.
I fear the mechanic that didn't check that! Isn't it supposed to be pinned?
