This is a pic of Germans stealing a van? Who came up with that? That pic is from South Africa from years ago, and the german CFC program only just started less than a year ago anyway.

yes, the germans figured out 5-10% get illegally diverted to easter europe and africa. considering that c4c in germany mainly aims at 9-12 yea old vehicles, and that the  emission reqs there where pretty high back then already, maybe they should just be exported to the U.S. to make us greener:-)
