Thanks Tom, i appreciate the feedback! I have asked all arounf my shop for
advice on a mid size jeep/pick up truck, all said the same story, go with
the Cherokee 6 inline, a very solid, strong and indestructible engine, but
watch for heavy rust and header leak (common problem on those truck).
I always said the the US car makers don't know how to built good small
compact cars, i still think that, but for pick-up and small to medium SUV i
would trust American made product. Well, i had real bad comment on the Ford
Ranger, really bad on fuel and not that strong.
GM dealers are closing all around me, i think it's a sad story in some ways
(people loose jobs and that is not good).
For once, i may put my stubborn way of thinking aside and give a chance to
an American made vehicle. Anyway, my Suzuki Grand Vitara handle like shi*.
You guys can put a space shuttle in orbit... i can't believe you can't built
a well made small fuel efficient compact cars :-) Well, i guess nobody want
one so that must be the reason.
Understand that i live in a THE 4 cylinders world. Montreal is like that,
it's all you see here, small compact 4cyl cars, from every makes.
