The 3 fridges I have used a lot all still cooled fine after 25 years or more. They may show various quirks in other ways but keeping food cool on propane and 12 volts is one thing they all did fine at for our needs. That is the standard I accept no matter how old the fridge. A half gallon of milk still good after a week camping in 90s temps.

Perhaps the user plays a bigger role than is being discussed.
