To the OP, I too use the claw end of a hammer. One other point. With new rotors, my P-side grease cap would slide off when installed on the new rotor. (new smooth surface, greasy, good seal, slight pressure resulting) I made the cap **slightly** out of round, it stayed on. Wrong way IMO. In hindsight, using a center punch to make a slight dimple (maybe 2? 12:00/6:00?) on outside of cap, would likely help keep it in place. Neil.
