Ok, Neil, you were right. This is a jewel. Mars and I worked on it all
last week, two, three hours after work. Honorable mention here is
that, Mars, my bride, really enjoyed the work....well, we just loved
removing all the layers of crap. We are both really happy. The work
continues, of course. Since the cleanup, I tuned it with new plugs,
rotor, cap. Changed oil, of course. Adjusted throttle switch. Removed
all electrical connectors and cleaned. Changed lots of little hoses
and bits. Still need to pull and clean all grounds. Runs much better
than it did, of course (been through this several times and all it
takes is some tender loving, baby!) Tomorrow I'm changing out the fuel
lines with new. Having sooo much fun, but my other two are getting a
little anxious...............
