"Volks, looks like the unavailability of the group 41 Kirkland battery at COSTCO here in Ottawa has gone obsolete. They say they are no longer supplying that battery and they have no other replacement. This story was previously reported on the Vanagon List but at that time was still available here in Ottawa. So, looks like the good deal of a inexpensive, 3 year, no questions asked, warranty, battery for our Vanagons, from COSTCO has gone away ! Another sad day in the life of Vanagon ownership !! "
