Thanks to all who responded; I actually found the template diagram in the Bentley (68.6) as I was looking for something else, of course. In true Bentley fashion, there seems to be a mistake on it. I suppose it could be me, but I don't think so. There are two measurements there (the top two, 12.1" and 14")that appear to end in the same line, but on the physical piece they are nowhere near each other as shown. I think from the position of the upper belt anchor in the 'D' pillar that the 14" is the accurate number, but I will have to see when I do the mod.
