I am the culprit who says the Automatic is not a good fit..IN MY OPINION... Just did one..The primary driver is very happy with it after driving it for a while..Her hubby is not sure yet.. I was not at all happy doing the conversion with the automatic specific problems I had to work thru..If your used to a manual trans Bostig, then its a whole different creature. The auto seems to keep revving at 3500 to 4000 RPM at most driving speeds and that bugs me..Need another gear or 2 to spread the rpm load out a bit to meed MY driving habits... Mind you..The owners are happy..I am not so stoked about it. I would highly suggest that if your interested in an auto conversion, find one already done and drive it first. I personally will not do another unless the owner drives one first... Have done 3 manuals and 1 auto with 4 manual conversions yet to do this year.
