I don't know if they have any ADA camping sites, but you have a quite nice state park about 6 miles northwest out of Bend. We stayed there one night during our Oregan rambles a coupla' months ago.

I don't remember how long the drive is, but there are also a couple of state campgrounds along the Columbia. They're noisy during the day from road traffic, but they're pretty quiet at night.
