Yeah, for a Friday that post was just fine with me. "boobs" may have
offended, or the reference to men holding hands..but jeeze, that joke was
pretty mild..Laughed my a** off, actually.
I cringe whenever I read or hear it suggested that "WE should ban" or I
see words "bleeped-out" of TV shows because the FCC has suddenly decided to
enforce at least one of their rules...
Especially on the Internet, if something really bothers you you have the
option of "Delete" or better still, email direct to the person offending you
and tell them you don't like what they wrote...
There are plenty of subjects and words I would rather not see..but
posting my objections to the whole list would probably draw fire and my
personal "offense-threshold" may differ from someone else's....so I just
'delete' and move on or go off the list if it becomes too upsetting.
