Oh yeah. California drivers do indeed drive like stuntmen. That's pretty high praise. I'd rather have a stuntman driving 6" bhind me at 80mph than the average Phoenix driver following the 2 second rule. When driving in Cal, I signal for a lane change, someone opens up for me, and I slip in. Darned near automatic!
