Perhaps that tool will work. it's not the same as a vacuum gauge though. The carb flow gauge - I have one I used on a Porsche 914-6 ( 6 individual throttle plates and intake manifolds ) ...that tool measures flow above the throttle plate. a vacuum gauge measures vacuum developed between the throttle plate and intake valves. If the poster will say what he's trying to diagnose, or what the symptom is ..and what non-vanagon the car is, we can better offer suggestions to help. Scott
