No. The AC Vanagons used the L-Jetronic fuel injection system. The AFM for that system has a switch inside that turns the fuel pump on when the air flap moves a bit. If this doesn't happen then the fuel pump doesn't come on. The later model AFMs don't have this feature. That is why the later ones only have four pins and the early ones have more (six I think) because of this switch. I hope his helps you out. Ken Wilford John 3:16 www.vanagain.com
