The stuff that grows on my poptop felt is mildew. Black, it seems to be.
Anyone know of the good way to kill it? I tried spraying a diluted mixture
of water and common laundry bleach, sodium hydroxide being the active
ingredient in products such as Tilex, I believe. It did kill the mildew
but it also etched the metal poptop lift arm bits.
