With the right mods, this could be a pull-out two-seat portapottie. Seriously, if it a middle seat you want to pull out, this should be pretty easy. Front seats might work if you had long rails to fasten them face to face, a comfortable distance apart, then they wouldn't fall over--at least in the fore-and-aft axis, which would be the problem with fronts.
