I have an ironclad rule that what belongs in the Westy stays in the Westy. Makes forgetting stuff much less of a problem. That said, we have had a few glitches. I took the pots and pans out of the Westy in order to fix the sink drain --- did not put them back in so we ended up with minimalist cooking gear. I will note that you can poach an egg in the bottom of a cut off beer can. This one was completely my fault.

Another time -- we arrived at a campsite without chairs. My wife had removed them from the Westy, against my protestations, for some reason and swore she would put them back. She didn't. I took both front seats out of the van and we were suitably comfy.

Making do is part of the fun................

Cheers, Doug
