Huh? Whazzat?

I like the idea of some kind of ambitious welded metal project consisting of C4C Vanagon seat mounts atop folding metal legs. Ya can take the chairs out the Vanagon and set them up in camp.

Of course you'd want rails sitting on the ground, and not four pointy metal legs, to avoid that sinking feeling.

This is probably pretty fancy fabrication best left to those who can bend and weld metal and are sufficiently slow that they don't understand how tiny the market is for such things until AFTER they have paid for the fixtures and tooling.

Can Vanagon seats be mounted atop 5-gallon paint buckets? That might be pretty tippy, tho'.
