Hi all,

First, it was not my intention to make a fuss on the list but, in that
my wife was really worried this time (I just never get sick), your
comments and support were most certainly appreciated.  I want to
sincerely thank all of you!  Your many posts and pmails really served to
cheer me up!!

As you know, I came home from the hospital Friday evening but I'm still
not out of the woods.  I'm not oxygenating well so I have to (for now,
anyway) wear oxygen 24-7 and have to turn it up to max if I'm going to
walk or move around a bit.  I seem to be improving in that area though
the going is slow.  My immune system is really low so I'm not able to
have visitors until at least August 31st.  I'll be reevaluated at that time.

I do have double pneumonia but, other than that, the doctors don't know
what they're treating.  It's not the run of the mill pneumonia that
they're used to seeing.

For the meanwhile, I'll be lurking more than participating in that I'm
only online from time to time.
