Plenty of those in Utah, even on Interstates. I keep it below 5000 rpm, preferably 4000 rpm, as slow as 45 mph, usually 50-55 mph, & water temp gauge only gets to midpoint if it's hot outside(101 degrees last Sat. on the way camping up 7-8% grades to the Albion Basin @ 9700').
