Could one also access (feel) the insulation via the little grill on LH end of sink/stove cabinet?

IIRC, my city water hose, or rather the connection of hose to hookup or at faucet, was a leaking somethingerother.

I no longer have fiberglass insulation or a city water connection/hose etc.
