You have it EXACTLY right, Steve. There is a ball check in the faucet itself that is "supposed" to keep the city water separate from the onboard water. Your second problem is that the ball check in the city water port on the side of the van leaks a tad. That shouldn't be a problem like your bad faucet is, though. I had a faucet like you describe and replacing it with a new one cured the problem for me. Mike |
