Subject: Pumped Water Leak to City Water Hook-Up?

I suggest the eurovan faucet unless you really need that city water hook up. I never use it myself. The eurovan faucet output can be throttled, and it's far easier to operate with slippery soapy hands. I always hated the stock faucet going full bore soaking everything in sight and never being able to really turn the thing off when I wanted to. The eurovan style faucet also swivels side to side, in addition to up and down so it's far more versatile and even rotates. I hooked up a quick connect connector to mine which allows for a sprayer and I also tapped into my Coleman hot water on demand for instant hot water for dishes and such.

Anyway, my thinking is if I have city water available I could simply fill up a holding tank, which last for days. Check out West Marine for the eurovan faucet. I think it runs about 50 bucks. Go Westy has em, but everything there seems to be overpriced.

<<Does that make sense? Is that a common failure? Shall I just replace the faucet? Other advice?>>
