I guess I didn't think about it. You're right: I'm not likely to use the city water any differently from the tank water. That is, I doubt I'd want to drink from the faucet, regardless. Maybe if I had time to replace all of the tubing.

I keep drinking water in a bottle, not the tank.

Sounds cool. Do you run your Coleman off your camper's propane and water tanks? If so, was that pretty easy to plumb? How did you hook your faucet into the Coleman. Presumably you can get un-heated water through the faucet, too?
