Aside from the grease, about a minute and a half. Plus another three minutes if you did it backwards the first time (it won't flex if the center part is wrong way round).

But I sort of doubt a shop would charge less than half an hour just to pick it up and set it down again. Any special reason for you not to just do it yourself? 42.8-9 tells you how to do it. Some rags, a can of Brakleen or similar and 90 grams of CV grease...
