Rob, your trouble isn't in the gauge. It's either the controller itself or a contact problem of some sort including sender pins that could have conductive trouble even if they look reasonably clean. If shorting the harness at the sender fixes it, that's no doubt the trouble. Clean with very fine sandpaper or replace. Yours, David |
