Another ugly one is the wearing through of the clevis pin on the clutch pedal.

This doesn't actually qualify for the "Top 10" because clutch pedal is still available but replacing or fixing it requires removal of the steering wheel, unhooking the steering column brace, removal of the instrument cluster, removal of the instrument panel, removal of the power brake booster and finally removing the clutch and brake pedal cluster.

This is an ugly, really ugly repair.

Maybe "Honorable Mention" is appropriate.
