Yes it can. Fresh eyes this afternoon helped a lot.

Though I installed my long coolant lines after the fact for an air
cooled to water cooled engine swap, the key was to undo the clamps
holding the long coolant lines, drop them a hair, sneak brake line
over, (the last bend should fit into space above coolant lines) and
with some back/forth caressing and slight bending, it came out. Really
helpful as i am now able to install something close to original,
though there will likely be one union. Plus I can take pics of
bends/measurements if that can help others.

FWIW I measured 112.75" using a #14 wire bent to shape, then stretched out.
