Yah double Pfffft!

Heh.

On this list, and on The Samba, once in a blue moon I see a post about another NLA part. But..... either someone suggests or provides a solution. On this list Ken provided a replacement for the now NLA front heater core.

"Never say never" right? But IMO, it'll be quite a while before people can't find parts for these things...... if that ever truly happens.

Though I tend to say "I know enough to get in trouble", from what I know, one crucial NLA part that would keep a Vanagon from driving, is the brake pressure regulator. For early models though, it may be that the later model Bay bus part can be used. And AFAIK, they can still be had new. (or rebuilt?) Problem likely solved. For later models, maybe there's some kind of adjustable regulator that can be installed. Problem possibly solved.

Besides. The brake pressure regulator doesn't fail that often does it?

Neil.
