my next to last two cents

i pulled into the Lithia VW in Boise ... they had never seen a Vanagon same thing in Salinas, california ... never seen a vanagon in salinis manny let me do my repairs myself in the parking lot .. after he sourced the parts for me ..he even lent me tools (cause i had eft mune on the highway in Los Osos the night before .. boise all came out to look before i got retowed to wagen works in garden city ... and like scott who has considerably more experience then i ... i am always amazed at the many subtle differences these mass produced vehicles exhibit yours
