I'm no expert, but I think you're in superior shape to keep going for a loong time as long as you keep up scheduled maintenance and stay aware. Can't remember if you mentioned coolant -- if not that's a regular-replacement item and if you don't know for sure when it was last done you should begin with one to start the clock. Some people use the genuine stuff from VW though the cost is remarkable. Everybody sticks with the VW spec which is phosphate-free only. The orange (Dexcool-spec) stuff is good, may be better than the green. Yours, David |
