I'm certain it can. Incidentally, any small buzzer with a diode in series can be clipped to a running-light circuit and most any circuit that goes hot when you turn the key on -- it will back-feed to ground through the circuit components. Radio Shack has one for USD3.50 that has a nice low tone and doesn't need a diode. Mounts to the side of the fuse/relay panel with a little bit of double-sticky, may even come with it attached. Lasts forever.
