Hi Ed,
It's a Vanagon get together. There have been Adventurewagens in the past but
of the VW persuasion. I've had my AW's there when I still had them. There's
no telling who will show up and with what. We've even had 12-cylinder
Wasserboxer in attendance a couple of times.;-) OK it was a Testarossa.
There will various flavors of Vanagons. Ed from Overland had mentioned bring
one of their pumpe duese TDI conversions but still not to confirm with him.
Peter at Van Cafe said might send something or someone up. Not sure what
that means. Stephan from Stephan's Autohaus just confirmed that he is
bringing his 1.8T powered Syncro Westy. I'll have my Syncro 16 Doublecab
there. There should be a few other Dokas and Tristars.

This is just a reminder that VOR #9 will be this coming Saturday. I did not
hear back from Overland so will follow-up today. Same goes for Van Cafe.
My apologies to those of you on multiple because you will be getting this
posting a bunch of times today.
Please RSVP if possible so I can prep the neighbors. ;-) I don't want them
to think there's a "Scooby or hippie" convention in town as one neighbor put
it to me last year.
One attendee plans on trying to sell his Van Cafe tube bumpers in case
someone is looking. Another has a pair of Syncro.org

the park's parking lot.
No displays around on the ground but should not be an issue if the stuff is
in your vehicle. There may be a set of steel Doka gates available by then
too.
