I expect that the dealers and salvagers involved have asked the necessary specific questions, especially the salvagers who are responsible for crushing the vehicles since they are in the business of recycling. If I ran a salvage yard, and a sudden influx of vehicles was showing up as now, I certainly would make it a point to find out what I could legally reclaim before crushing.
