I see people like that, once in a wile, the polite and respectful one, they offer money, i say no but thanks for thinking about it. In the pass 2 years customer relation went from ok to pretty good, some amazing one also. Strangely, they are all high end job one, where money is not the real concern anymore. Big project customer are the best in general, they know in advance what will be the total invoice so we talk about other stuff then money. Interesting thread as i was ready to close the shop last winter. But now, it's all good.
