Here are some pictures after installing the luggage rack and seals. The back left still sits lower than the right. You can see (last picture) that the right front corner of the poptop does not line up with the luggage rack. Eh, not a huge deal I suppose, but after all that work....

At least it seals all the way across the top of the luggage rack. Kudos to GoWesty for the seals.
