Something to keep in mind if you're reusing the current engine block - if, due to bad bearings, the water pump is spinning at an angle, the impeller will rub against and wear the block, increasing the tolerance and decreasing the efficiency of the new pump if allowed to go on for long. Not important if you're junking the case, but . . . Karl Wolz or replace the pump in the current > engine even though the engine comes out in 2 months. |
