They probably don't HAVE to repack your front bearings but it's not going to cost you much extra to have them do that while everything is apart and the bearings are easily accessible. Maybe 15-30 minutes added shop time with everything apart as they do the brakes.. It is a common practice to service the wheel bearings when you can..Unless the wheels have been apart recently, they probably could use the grease... Don Hanson
