Many of the parts I have Utah Imports put on my van they can't get. I get
them as "special order" items from other Syncronauts or Van-nutz that
specialize in these parts. Sometimes the parts come from vendors without the
U.S. shores and UI doesn't have access to them. My shop writes "customer
supplied parts" on the work order/bill. We've not had any problems doing
this but we don't tend to have these kinds of problems in other parts of our
lives anyway. We just take responsibility for what we do and know who we're
dealing with.
