Sounds to me like the WP bearings are making some noise. Remove the belt and spin the pulley by hand. You should feel a slight drag from the seal but there should not be any roughness or wobble. Some of those noises are from the water rushing through the engine.

Get those valves properly adjusted. They sound like they have clearance. The rocker screws and tops of the valves are probably mushroomed over form the banging. The tops of the lifters and cam lobes are also getting beaten.

OK, I just recorded my engine in the parking lot at work. I am putting a cheater bar up to the mic to listen to engine sounds. Whats everyones concesus on that water pump?
