And like Mike S mentioned, nail nippers or a pair of diagonal cutters work great.

If you but a set of crimpers off eBay, make sure they are the real thing & not a knockoff made in India. There is nothing wrong with the ones made in India, you just aren't getting what you pay for at $20.00 each - we sell them when we can get them for less than $10.00 each.

anyone know of a good source for a tool to crimp those fuel hoses? I'm finding tools that cost $$ - thought I'd see if there's a cheaper alternative. I'm thinking really dull nail cutters, or maybe tile nippers??
